Open letter 5 of Judge Shukaku: Cambodia will not allow any foreigner to interfere with domestic affairs, infringes on independence and national sovereignty

នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៧នេះ អ្នកវិភាគ ចៅចាក់ស្មុក បានបន្តផ្សាយនូវលិខិតចំហរទី៥ផ្ញើជូនតំណាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសជាមិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជា ដោយបានបញ្ជាក់ថា នៅក្នុងរយៈពេលប៉ុន្មានខែចុងក្រោយនេះ ក្រុមអ្នកនយោបាយនៃអតីតបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិដែលត្រូវបានតុលាការកំពូលរំលាយដោយសារតែរកឃើញថាប្រព្រឹត្តល្មើសច្បាស់ស្តីពីគណបក្សនយោបាយ ឃុបឃិតជាមួយបរទេសក្បត់ជាតិ បាននិងកំពុងតែយកជាតិខ្លួនទៅធ្វើជាចំណាប់ខ្មាំង និងយកប្រជាជនធ្វើជាឈ្នាន់ដើម្បីបម្រើមហិច្ឆិតាអំណាចបក្ខពួកខ្លួន និងបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ចៅហ្វាយនាយបរទេសរបស់ពួកគេ។

On December 19, 2017, Judge Shukaku dissolved the Open Letter to the Cambodian government's representative for Cambodia, stating that in recent months, politicians of the former National Security Party

The top dissolved due to the misconduct of a political party, a conspirator, foreign nationals, and taking his nationality to host a hostage and take people to become pedestrians to serve their own autocratic powers and serve their foreign masters.

នៅក្នុងលិខិតរបស់ចៅចាក់ស្មុកនោះ ក៏បានបន្ថែមថា ពួកក្រុមទាំងនោះបានដើរញុះញង់ប្រទេសមួយចំនួនឱ្យផ្តាច់ទំនាក់ទំនងការទូត និងឈប់ទិញទំនិញ ព្រមទាំងឈប់វិនិយោគ និងផ្តល់ជំនួយដល់កម្ពុជា។ ប៉ុន្តែការដើរញុះញង់បំផ្លាញជាតិនេះ មិនត្រូវបានរដ្ឋាភិបាល ឬរដ្ឋសភានៃប្រទេសភាគច្រើនរាប់ទាំងប្រទេសដែលក្រុមប្រឆាំងដើរញុះញង់ចាប់អារម្មណ៍ឡើយ មានតែប្រទេសមួយចំនួនតូចដែលជាចៅហ្វាយនាយរបស់ក្រុមនេះតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដែលយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងបានលោតទៅតាមអ្វីដែលក្រុមនេះបានពង្វក់និងមួលបង្កាច់យ៉ាងអយុត្តិធម៌មកលើរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលស្របច្បាប់និងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។

In the letter, the group added that the groups had incited some countries to cut diplomatic relations and stop buying goods, and to stop investing and providing aid to Cambodia.

But the incursion and destruction of the nation is not the government or the parliament of most countries, including the opposing nations, but only a small group of its chief masters who care and jump to what the group has been unfairly and violently misled by the legitimate government and people of Cambodia.

លិខិតរបស់ចៅចាក់ស្មុក ក៏បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា មាត្រា១នៃរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញចែងថា ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាជាព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ជារដ្ឋឯករាជ្យ អធិបតេយ្យ សន្តិភាព អព្យាក្រឹត្យ អចិន្រ្តៃយ៍ និងមិនចូលបក្សសម្ព័ន្ធ។ ដូច្នេះជាតិនិងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា នឹងមិនអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យបរទេសណាមួយមកជ្រៀតជ្រែកកិច្ចការផ្ទៃក្នុង រំលោភឯករាជ្យភាព និងអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជាទេ។

The letter also emphasized that Article 1 of the Constitution states that Cambodia is the Kingdom of Cambodia, an independent, sovereign, peaceful, neutral, non-aligned state. Therefore, national and Cambodian people will not allow any foreigner to interfere in internal affairs, infringe Cambodia's sovereignty and sovereignty.
